We’re pleased to see another circus that stopped using animals in its performances have just started their first new run of shows in Belfast. The Tom Duffy Circus dates back over 200 years and stopped using animals in 2018 but due to the pandemic, have had a large break in performances.
The 2023 production is brand-new and has been described as a “fast-paced, modern show that preserves and respects the traditional art form of circus throughout, with performers hailing from Brazil, Holland, Cuba, Mexico and Ukraine”.
